On providing access to the online service "AI Trainer"

This document is an official offer (public offer) in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Self-employed Maria Vladimirovna Zhirkova, TIN 524919508965, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", offers any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", to enter into an agreement for access to the online service "AI Trainer" on the terms set forth below.

Payment for access to the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with paid access to the online service "AI Trainer" — a software product operating via the Internet.

1.2. The service is intended for: training sales skills, practicing negotiation scenarios, modeling business dialogues, training management and communication skills, and practicing client interaction using artificial intelligence technologies.

2. Rates and Cost of Services

**Plan "1 Month"** — $100 / 30 days

**Plan "6 Months"** — $500 / 180 days

**Plan "12 Months"** — $800 / 365 days

2.1. Payment is made as 100% prepayment.

2.2. Access is granted after payment is received.

3. Rights and Obligations

The Contractor undertakes to provide access to the service, maintain platform operability, and inform users of significant changes.

The Customer undertakes to use the service only for lawful purposes, not to transfer access to third parties, and not to copy or reproduce the service code or methodology.

4. Refund Policy

After access is granted, the service is considered rendered. Refunds are only possible in cases of inability to use the service due to technical reasons attributable to the Contractor.
